The goal of Wudds.net is to provide a means for musicians (especially child musicians) to share their music with people all around the world. Wudds.net provides a safe and child friendly site where the rich diversity of music and culture can be experienced and enjoyed. Our goal is to feature different musical children throughout the world on our site each week and to provide this service at no charge. The characters known as Wudds are the ambassadors of music for children and are featured throughout the site. Also featured here are products based on the Wudds that stimulate the imagination and bring smiles to the faces of children of all ages. The sale of these products provides the needed revenue to offer our musical service at no charge.

Welcome one and all! My name is David. The Wudds are an outgrowth of my own love and appreciation of music. Wudds are designed to inspire the music in all of us, especially children. The whole idea behind them is to bring a smile to one's face, and to encourage the use of the wonderful gift of creativity we have in our possession. If you have already viewed the Wudd music video, then you saw how the Wudds came to life. What is even more enjoyable though, is to have a Wudd of your own, and look at it while your favorite music is playing! All of a sudden your imagination takes over and your Wudd is playing or singing for you or even with you. When you have a group of Wudds, the fun is just multiplied! I enjoy composing music, and make it a point to have Wudds right on my keyboard for inspiration.

Back in 1994 is when I made the first Wudd, never thinking that it would start what is affectionately being referred to as the "Wudd Revolution!" As my friends would come to my home they would see my Wudd and upon finding out what it was would want one for themselves. As other friends would see their Wudds they would want one as well. Soon there were Wudds all over! Drummer Wudds, piano Wudds, guitar playing Wudds, you name it. After years of making Wudds for my friends and hearing them speak so highly of their Wudds (even naming them), I felt it was time to share the Wudds and their story with the world. Wudds.net is designed to do just that. The Wudd revolution has officially begun!

So what exactly is a Wudd? Where do they come from and Wudd…I mean where can you get one? All of these questions are answered on this Wudd Web site, and I hope you enjoy your stay while you are here and will tell your friends about it. The wonderful thing about Wudds is that they are for everybody. Whether you are older than young or younger than old, if you like music and enjoy using your imagination, then the Wudds will bring a smile to your face as well, and anything positive that can do that is worth seeing and having, wuddn't you agree?
